Free Christmas Cards

Usually I use this blog to share pictures of the family and our doings, but this time I’m going to share a really good deal that I’ve found – courtesy of a friend of mine, Lauren.

This year Shutterfly is giving away 50 free Holiday cards if you post about their products. Therefore, I’m going to post a short ad for them here so that I can get some super cute Christmas cards. Yay! I have never bought photo cards from Shutterfly before, but I have made calendars a few times and they always turn out great. I love photo cards, either when I receive them or when I’m making them. Here are a few of the cards that I have found on their site that I like. They have over 800 designs to choose from so I am going to have a hard time narrowing it down to just one!

You can choose between:

  1. Folded greeting card: Allows you to have photos inside and out and written text inside
  2. Flat stationary card: Printed on Card Stock
  3. Flat photo cards: Printed on Photo Paper

To see more Holiday cards, click here .

They also offer calendars or New Year's Cards

If you would like to take advantage of this deal yourself, click here: How to get 50 Free Prints

(It takes a day or two for them to send you the information, but after you put up the post, they send you a promo code for your free prints.)

Can you find Aidan?

Absolutely LOVE this picture.

Gavin's 2nd Birthday

Here is the first (of several) piles of presents Gavin woke up to. Notice the kitchen utensils...yes, I bought him those because I was tired of having to search the house for mine. And for all you doubters, they are still one of his favorite toys!

Birthday breakfast. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, smoothie and juice. Just top it with a candle.

Aidan of course had to help unwrap all the presents.

Gavin ate all of his piece and most of Devin's. Plus the ice cream :)

I can't believe my baby is 6

He wanted Star Wars, who would have thought?

Half the presents Aidan got were Star Wars Lego's = little boy heaven!

Easter

Easter is always a hectic day in our lives, as we have 3 places to be. First, we have to search for our baskets at home, because the Easter Bunny has hidden them somewhere around the house. (Does anyone else hide the baskets? When I was growing up we always hid them, but no one else I've talked to does that. We think its fun.) Then we go over to Yaya and Grandads for brunch and the ever eggciting egg hunt. Then, when the kids are good and cranky, we go to Parkersburg to visit family.

Gavin LOVES the rabbit chocolate chip graham crackers. They are one of his favorite treats.

Easter happened to be on Devin's birthday this year, so after the egghunting (kids always come first) we had birthday cake, which was actually a cheesecake that I made for him. Yummy!

Gavin and Jaden had a lot of fun playing with the curtains in Mamaw Boots kitchen. Who doesn't love a good game of peek-a-boo?

Love this face!
